System and Production Details:
We have three model sizes of dross press:
1. Three model size of dross press
2. One pressing cycle generated from 250kgs~700kgs.
3. 30%~50% in-house aluminum recovery.

Small Aluminum Recovery Dross Press SMI40: Be able to process generated dross from 250kg to 300kg in only 1 pressing cycle
Middle Aluminum Recovery Dross Press SMI60: Be ability to process generated dross from 450kg to 500kg in only 1 pressing cycle
Large Aluminum Recovery Dross Press SMI80: Be ability to process generated dross from 600kg to 700kg in only 1 pressing cycle

Production Qualification
Our aluminum dross press and casting skim pan set were produced in fabricated factories and casting foundries.
The pump is from Rexroth or as specified by the customer
Valves are from Rexroth and SUN or as specified by the customer
Filters are from HYDAC or as specified by the customer
The motors are from Siemens or as specified by the customer
The weight is 15 ton robust or as specified by the customer

Delivery, Shipping And Service
We can provide DDP delviery service.
The lead time is 22week from order replacement.
We ship them by ocean in 1x40HD.
We can provide on-site installation service as days collection.
