Key Features of our own designed skim pans, slag bins and sow moulds：

The material for our dross pans, slag bins, and sow moulds have been specifically developed to withstand the severe cast house environment and are designed to endure both mechanical and thermal shock.

1) High volume of drain hole open area for maximum Aluminum Drain;
2) Small compartment chambers for quick cooling preserving Aluminum Recovery;
3) Small Chambers allowing for higher aluminum press recovery due to “ full level pressing“；
4) Small Chambers allowing for Optimum Equipment Sizing for secondary mechanical processing or melting;
5) Special High Temperature proprietary alloy for long Operating Life;
6) Chamber dividers just under top of pan to eliminate distortion and “mushrooming ” from skimming , the major cause of pan failures in other designs.
