NDT & Metal Testing Service
In-house laboratory capability — serving our own production first, and available for third-party testing when capacity allows.
Our testing center has provided metal testing and analysis for around 30 years. With the equipment listed below and a team experienced in foundry and forging practice, the laboratory supports the castings, forgings and machined components we produce for customers in North America and Europe, among other regions.
The first call on this laboratory is our own production: incoming material, in-process verification and final inspection before shipment. Everything listed on this page is equipment and competence we run every day for that purpose.
Where capacity allows, the same laboratory and team are also available for third-party testing assignments — an extension of an in-house capability rather than a separate testing business. Third-party work is carried out on the same procedures and reported on the same basis as our internal work.
We work to impartiality, integrity and reliability, and we welcome enquiries for metal testing, analysis, inspection and quality control from customers worldwide.
